Domestic work happens behind closed doors, making it one of the most invisible forms of labour exploitation. Long hours, wage deductions, surveillance, denial of privacy, and restricted communication can all occur without oversight. This International Domestic Workers' Day, I want to highlight a few issues that are often overlooked.
