Lawyers Without Borders is an international organisation managing volunteering lawyers who offer pro bono service to international rule of law and human rights projects, capacity building and access to justice initiatives. Their work helps to ensure just outcomes in controversial cases, provides much needed legal research and training in developing countries, and assists in holding governments and legal systems to account.

The Lawyers Without Borders student division at UCL is now in its fourth year of being a part the network of student divisions across the UK. It aims to further the objectives of the main charity through projects such as fundraising, event organisation, blog publication, social media awareness and research.
