Head of Operations
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (FTE) pro rata
Hours: Part time ideally 3 days / 22.5 hours per week (flexible working arrangements considered)
This is an exciting opportunity to join the award winning legal charity ATLEU if you want to contribute to a charity championing human rights in the rapidly developing and high profile field of modern slavery.
We are looking for an outstanding individual, who is passionate about protecting the rights of the most vulnerable.
We need a business minded, innovative, strategic thinker who will build on our reputation for innovation and excellence.
This newly-created role of Head of Operations will be a key member of the organisation’s small dynamic team, responsible for implementing the organisation’s plans for growth and development. You will have a track record of achievement in this field and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong financial and business acumen.
The role would suit a commercial professional seeking new challenges in the not for profit sector, or an experienced third sector manager. You will bring your skills and experience to a dedicated team that punches well above its weight and are passionate about transforming individual lives and bringing about long term legal change.
