The government’s controversial proposal to introduce a residence test for access to legal aid was declared unlawful by the Supreme Court on Monday 18 April.

ATLEU and seven other agencies are calling on MPs to support an amendment that grants domestic workers the right to work and extend their leave for up to two and a half years.
