ATLEU will challenge the family worker exemption to the right to receive the national minimum wage. The challenge will be heard at the London South Employment Tribunal from 28 - 30 April 2020.

Far more needs to be done to ensure that victims of trafficking get access to justice say the Anti Trafficking Monitoring Group (ATMG).
