Four leading agencies working with victims of trafficking have produced a list of 10 core principles in a new guide for services providing Places of Safety and early support for adult survivors.

The government has conceded our client’s judicial review and confirmed that victims of modern slavery can get legal aid for immigration advice on their right to remain in the UK.

Sadly, in a judgment handed down on 23 March 2018, the Court of Appeal has overturned the ground-breaking decision of the Upper Tribunal (IAC) in MS (Pakistan).
